Post Construction Cleaning

Rough Clean
Our process begins with the Rough Clean to remove waste from your construction site and set the stage for subsequent deep cleaning. Significant construction debris and construction waste like drywall fragments, wood scraps, metal parts, and packaging materials are eliminated. We also remove protective films from windows, appliances, and fixtures, and scrape away residue. We sweep and vacuum thoroughly to eliminate fine dust from walls, ceilings, and floors, common after construction.
Light Clean
The Light Clean phase is crucial. As your project advances, we tackle accumulating residues—eliminating dust, smudges, and surface grime. Our meticulous techniques sanitize and cleanse, setting the stage for the final touches. During this phase, we prioritize the kitchen and bedroom areas, giving special attention to sinks, cabinets, and toilets. Our team uses specialized tools and equipment, investing the necessary time to mop, vacuum floors, clean baseboards, and more.

Final Clean
The last phase, known as Final Cleaning occurs a few days after the second phase to account for any residual dust settling. In this short timeframe, L.E.A. Vel Cleanit crew focuses on eliminating smudges, fingerprints, and imperfections left from previous phases. We remove fine post-construction dust from walls, ceilings, and corners, leaving surfaces immaculate. We ensure every surface, from countertops to cabinets, is brilliantly wiped down, erasing even the most stubborn stains. Finally, we treat floors with care, whether it’s sweeping, mopping, or polishing, tailored to their specific material.
